"Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime."

The Food Safety Network believes that the process of imparting skills is the most valuable way to empower Food Safety Management teams, in a long-term and sustainable way.

As a result, we will shortly be releasing a series of Guidelines which will aim to equip personnel at all levels, to implement better strategies of food safety management.

These guidelines will include topics such as Risk Assessment, Allergen Control, Supplier Quality Assurance and Understanding Micro and Traceability.

Each guideline will be available for purchase on an individual basis, so that you can select the specific issues which you need to address within your facility.

However, to launch the guideline series, we will be making the following two documents available on our website for download, FREE OF CHARGE!
